Q: What are the food options for meals during Orange?
A: The Arena at Gwinnett Center has plenty of vendors offering meal options during the lunch break. There are also a number of restaurants, both fast food and sit-down, in the immediate area surrounding Gwinnett Center. We have built in enough time during the lunch break to go off site to a restaurant if you would like. Breakfast and dinner on conference days are also on your own.

Q: I am having trouble with the online registration process.  Can you help?
A: Please check these two common problem-causers.  If you continue to have difficulty, please don't hesistate to drop us a line in the form below.

1. We have uncovered quite a few problems when people have attempted to register for the conference using the internet browser Safari. Please ensure that you are using a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer.

2. Please be sure that you do not have any spaces at the end of any of your entries.  For example, if your last name is Smith, be sure that you didn't inadvertently enter "Smith " into the last name field.

Q: Will the internet be available at Gwinnet Center during the conference?
A: The Arena at Gwinnett Center has wireless internet available throughout the entire property for a fee of $7.95/day. Please be aware that this connection is not intended for heavy internet traffic such as downloading large files. A free internet connection is also available inside Gwinnett Arena using one of the iMac computers that will be located on the upper level near the front doors of the building.

Q: Some of the breakouts I'd like to attend are full.  Can you put me on a waiting list?
A: We are not offering waiting lists for individual breakouts.  If they are noted as being 100% full during the registration process, you will need to select another breakout option.  You will have the opportunity during on-site check in to change your breakout selections based on availability. You may also log back into the registration system at anytime before the conference to see if space becomes available in any breakouts that are currently full.
