How Small Group Leaders Can Partner with Parents
Gina Ragsdale , Kevin Ragsdale
You're committed to building a ministry where small group leaders partner with parents of preschoolers, elementary kids, and high school students. But what does that look like? How much time does it take? And how exactly do we want parents and small group leaders to interact? This session looks at the practical aspects of partnering with parents: how partnerships change at every age level and the common threads throughout. With these concepts in place, you can design a ministry that combines the influences of home and church, and gets everyone working together.
