** Prices include registration fees and conference materials. Prices do not include transportation, lodging, meals, or snacks.
** Groups include individuals from a single physical church or organization location. Combining groups from multiple church locations or organizations to receive the group discount is not permissible.
** Groups must register together in order to receive the group rates. You may add individuals to your group after your initial registration (if there is availability) and the overall price will be adjusted during checkout to accommodate the lower per person rate. If you add individuals to your group after the rate increase, the new registrations will be charged according to the new rates and your overall group size.
** We do anticipate Orange 2008 to sell out well before the rate increase. Please register early to ensure availability.
Cancellations
Please note that a full refund less $50/person will be given for cancellations
made before March 31, 2008. There will be no refund for no shows or cancellations
made on or after March 31, 2008. You may transfer your registration to
another person within your church or organization at any time for no fee.
Transferring or reselling your ticket to another person outside of your
church or organization will forfeit your entire group registration. All
cancellations must be made online at www.TheOrangeConference.com. Please
do not ask the reThink Group staff to make exceptions to this policy.
Seats that are released by our staff will be subject to the cancellation
fee that is applicable at the time of the payment due date.
Payment
Payments may be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
or Check.
For credit card payments, the full amount will be charged to your account at the time that you register.
For check payments, you will be emailed an invoice for the full amount when you register. We must receive a check for the amount due according to the schedule below or your seats will be released without notification and cancellation fees will be applied.
Register before January 1, 2008 --> Check must be received by January
31, 2008
Register January 1, 2008 – March 14, 2008 --> Check must be received
within 30 days
Register March 15, 2008 – April 6, 2008 --> Check must be received
within 14 days
Register after April 6, 2008 --> Check is due at conference
If you elect to pay by check and then cancel your seats before your check has been sent, you are still obligated to pay the cancellation fees that are due ($50/person for cancelled seats before March 1, 2008, or full conference fee for cancelled seats on or after March 1, 2008).
If you elect to pay by check and fail to send your payment in, your seats will be released without notification, and all applicable cancellation fees will be invoiced.
Children & Childcare
While families are extremely important to us at the reThink Group, we
are unable to accommodate children at this conference, and children will
not be allowed in the main sessions or in breakouts. Please make alternate
arrangements for any childcare needs. If it is necessary to bring a nursing
infant with you, we will provide a nursing room with a live feed of the
main sessions only, but you will have to provide offsite childcare during
non-feeding times.
Waiting List
Once we have reached our maximum conference capacity for Orange, a waiting
list will be opened. Names will be added to the list in the order that
we receive them, and they will be removed from the list in the same order,
as space becomes available. We will not give any priority to churches/organizations
who already have a group attending or to those who have already purchased
airline tickets. PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU ARE CONFIRMED TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE
BEFORE PURCHASING AIRLINE TICKETS.
Model Agreement
Videos, photographs, and audio clips are taken at all conferences to be
used for future promotional material. By registering to attend Orange
2008, you are giving permission on behalf of each person in your group
to The reThink Group, BigStuf Camps, and BigStuf Productions to use your
picture in promotional materials.
